Marshalls Butchers is fantastic, I love going every Saturday...I have 2 or 3 foods on my shopping list and end up coming out with bags full of amazing local produce. All the staff have great recipe ideas and are really knowledgeable about how to prepare and cook the meats to get the best results....and the craic is great. Staff are always welcoming...even when I roll in near closing time, customer service is great.My favourites are the haggis, mixed kebabs and the secret recipe marinated lamb steaks...yum!!
