I ordered some contact lenses to take on my holiday with me. The lady in the shop told me they were ordered and that the shop would text me when they arrived. After receiving no text I called the store the following week and they had absolutely no record of my order. So now I am left with no contact lenses and there is not enough time to order mine now before I fly. To say I am disappointed is a massive understatement. Edit: The store manager has now assured me she will post them out to me in Spain so I will update the review as things develop.
